Our platform ensures that the card distribution is fair among all players. Keep in mind that in Tarot, skill and strategy play a much larger role than luck when it comes to winning. If you have a bad hand, we strongly recommend not taking any contract and playing in defense.

If during a game your connection is lost, our system will detect you as absent, especially if the loss of connection is prolonged. In that case, unfortunately, you will lose your current game.

You can find all information regarding future updates of our game on the App Store if you use iOS and on the Google Play Store if you are on Android. Simply go to the “game news” section. Moreover, we inform our entire community about the release of every update via the in-game messaging system. It is important that you keep your app updated to benefit from the latest features and bug fixes.

In very rare cases, it may happen that you are not credited for your token purchases. If this occurs, do not worry, we take this issue very seriously and will respond quickly. Please send us a screenshot of the payment in question along with the transaction number. You can check your transactions using this link. Do not hesitate to provide as much information as possible so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

After this verification, we will credit you with the missing tokens.

In extremely rare cases, it may happen that we do not receive your payment information from iOS. We treat this type of problem as our number one priority and will respond very quickly if this is the case. Please send us the proof of payment emailed by iOS or follow these steps: Open your "App Store" app, click on your photo, then go to Purchase History. In that section, find your payment and send us a screenshot (with the order ID visible) so that we can credit you the missing tokens.

It is very important for us to offer free tokens so that all our players can explore all the features without any barriers. Free tokens are very easy to obtain, simply click the "free" button next to the token machine. Depending on your league and every 4 hours, you can claim from 300 tokens in League 1 up to 900 tokens in League 15. Missions and tournaments can also help you earn great rewards.

You can report a player with inappropriate behavior in two ways:

- During a game, click on the player's avatar and select the "report" button.

- By sending us an email at support@tradigames.com with the approximate time slot and, if possible, the name of the player in question.
